No, you merely need to go around Stain Empire, Systemic Chaos, Coven, Stainless, AAA Citizens, ROL, Atlas, The Initiative., UN1CUM, Scorched Earth, DICE, Solar Fleet, Cult of War, Quarantine Zone, and Ushra' Khan.
Not to mention the assorted terrible BoB pets whose hand you held until they needed you most, then left them to burn. 
They don't have to go around them, look at the map, they're only on one flank. Also they're not even blue to some of the entities you list.
By the way, aren't you the guy on SHC who was whining about how blue and boring the North is?
